A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. Violations are identified on the violation notice.
Based on observation and interview, staff did not have CPR certification within 90 days of hire. Evidence: Staff #2 and #3 did not have CPR certification and it had been longer than 90 days.
