Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was initiated and completed on 5/9/2024. The inspector was on site from 2:50pm until 4:15pm.
There were 21 children, ages 4 to 11 years old under the supervision of three staff. Children were observed during indoor free play, snack time and outdoor time. Three children's records on site and one staff record was reviewed on 3/5/2024.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law, and violations are documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure children?s hands shall be washed with soap and running water or disposable wipes before and after eating meals or snacks.
Evidence: Children were observed eating a evening snack upon arrival. After the children finished there was no handwashing or wipes given to wipe hands.
