An unannounced complaint investigation was conducted today from 11:20am until 1:00pm in regards to a complaint received by the Fairfax Licensing office regarding Nutrition and Food Services 8VAC20-780-560. The complaint investigation included staff interviews, a review of the most recent Food Establishment inspection dated 7/8/2023, and an observation of the lunch service.
Children were observed eating lunch consisting of tortilla, beans corn, oranges and milk. Diaper changing procedures were also observed.
There was not a preponderance of the evidence to support the claims made by the complainant, and the complaint is deemed to be ?Not Valid?.
