Discussed facility developing a protocol to respond to phone calls and monitor entrance, when front desk staff are not available, to ensure timely response to calls/contact from parents.

An allegation was received in the Fairfax Licensing office regarding care of children. Interviews were conducted with multiple staff, classrooms were observed and staff records were reviewed. Based on the preponderance of evidence the allegation was not valid and no violations were issued.
