An unannounced 60 day follow up inspection was conducted on December 5, 2022 from approximately 11:00 am to 12:00 pm. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, personnel, household members, physical environment and equipment, emergencies, preventing the spread of disease and nutrition. There were 3 children in attendance. The children were engaged in a variety of activities including reading, writing, playing with baby dolls, and watching an educational program. 6 children?s records were reviewed. All areas of the home were observed and areas where the children are cared for were inspected. The playground was inspected and found to be in compliance.
The menu, emergency numbers, and daily schedule were posted. Evacuation drills were conducted monthly.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
