An announced initial inspection was conducted on 11/10/2022. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programs, special care provisions and emergencies, special services, and background checks. A total of 5 officer/agent records were reviewed. The center was measured to determine the license capacity and policy and procedures were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: playground area. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 10:00 am and departed at 11:00 am.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
