An announced initial inspection was conducted on 08/29/2022 (record review) and 09/06/2022 (on-site inspection). The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, physical plant, programs, emergencies and special services. A total of 6 officer/agent records were reviewed. The center was measured to determine the license capacity and policy and procedures were reviewed. The inspector discussed the following with the provider: emergency supplies. On 08/29/2022, the inspector arrived for the staff record review on 12:45 pm and departed at 2:00 pm. On 09/06/2022, then inspector arrived for the on-site inspection at 12:00 pm and departed at 1:00 pm.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
