Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted today. There were 11 children present (25 points) with 2 caregivers. Children were observed washing hands eating lunch, and laying with a wide variety of toys and games. Provider's certification in first aid and CPR expired on 9/18/23. 3 child and 2 caregiver records were reviewed. See Violation Notice for non-compliances cited today. First aid supplies, emergency supplies, menu and bathroom supplies were all in compliance today.

Based on a review of documentation, the provider did not maintain documentation of monthly emergency evacuation drills that were practiced. Evidence: No emergency evacuation drills have been documented since March 2023.
