An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on December 14, 2023 from approximately 8:20 am to 9:00 am. There were 11 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, 3 staff records, 3 children's records, medications, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected.
A monitoring inspection was conducted today due to the Intensive Plan of Corrections issued on August 31, 2023. The center is in compliance with the the plan of corrections submitted to Licensing. There were no concerns during this inspection to the plan.
Children were observed preparing to leave to be picked up from school. Staff walked with the children outside the building and waited at the bus stop with the children to be picked up for school. The center was clean and organized. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
