A subsidy inspection (SHSI) was initiated and concluded on May 16, 2024. The on-site inspection began at 9:15am and ended at 11:30am. A licensing inspection was conducted on the same date as the SHSI supplemental inspection; the two inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety requirements. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental Inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
