An unannounced inspection was initiated on June 18, 2024 and concluded on June 18, 2024 in response to a complaint received by the licensing office on June 6, 2024 relating to allegations of Staffing. This inspection included document review, a tour of the facility, interviews, and observations.
The preponderance of evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegation; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
