Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 02/02/2023. At the time of entrance, no children were in care with the provider. The record sample size consisted of the provider's record and the household member's records. Areas of noncompliance are noted in the violation narrative and were discussed with the provider during the exit meeting at the conclusion of the inspection.
Based on observation and interview it was determined the provider did not meet all of the required criteria on the health and safety checklist at the time of the initial evaluation. Evidence: 1. Provider did not have the emergency phone numbers posted in clear view. 2. The crib in the child care area was not in compliance with current CPSC guidelines. 3. Provider did not have a TB test at time of inspection.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will: -post emergency numbers -ensure crib meets current CPSC guidelines before caring for an infant -get TB test or screening
