Licensing Inspector Anderson conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to allegations received by the licensing office on May 4, 2023, in the areas of supervision, policies and procedures and medication. The investigation of the complaint was initiated on May 8, 2023 and findings were reviewed on July 6, 2023.
As the information gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations, the complaint is determined to be ?NOT VALID.?
