An announced Initial inspection was conducted on 11/21/2022 between the hours of approximately 10:00 a.m. and 10:55 a.m. There were no children present with the Provider today. Provider and household member records were reviewed and found complete. There are no children currently enrolled. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate for the age range requested. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 5 children. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was verified. There was one crib found on site and meets the CPSC requirements.
