Comments:
Licensing Inspector conducted an announced Initial Inspection on November 29, 2022. There were no children present during the inspection. The Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 staff/household, along with any requested program records submitted by the Provider to determine if required documentation was complete.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review and discussion with the Provider, adult living in the home of an applicant for registration as a family day home did not have Fingerprint Background Check upon application for registration.
EVIDENCE: Licensing Inspector reviewed 2 household/staff records. Household Member #2 did not have a Fingerprint Background Check upon application for registration.
Plan of Correction:
Provider will complete required fingerprint background checks & submit findings to the Licensing Inspection.
