A subsidy health and safety inspection (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 04/09/2024 from approximately 10:50 a.m. to 1:25 a.m. There were 5 children present during the inspection and one caretaker present. The inspectors reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, qualifications and training, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies, and nutrition.
Five children?s records and one provider records were reviewed. A monitoring inspection was also conducted. Both inspections combined cover all subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection did not determine violations with applicable standards or laws.
