Comments:
An initial inspection was conducted on November 14, 2022. The physical plant, carbon monoxide detectors, caregiver records, household member records, cribs, cots and the first aid kit were reviewed. Based on a review of household member records, the family day home failed to obtain documentation of a criminal history background check for all household members over the age of 18.
