A complaint investigation was initiated on 01/26/2023 with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 01/23/2023. The complaint Investigation is on going at this time. Information gathered (unrelated to the complaint) during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
