Comments:
A complaint investigation was initiated on 01/26/2023with another local agency from a report received by the Fairfax Licensing Office on 01/23/2023. The complaint investigation is still on going. On February 27, 2023 another inspection visit was completed. There were 11 children present (29 points) with 2 caregiver's supervising. Area of non-compliance (not related to the complaint) were cited on the violation notice.
