A review of staff personnel files was conducted by inspectors, Margaret Allworth, Mahrukh Aziz, Leah Pagala, Alyssa Simons and Derek Acosta at the Pennino SACC office. Record reviews new hires are documented with the SACC at Hunt Valley file.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
