An announced Initial inspection was conducted today from 9:40am to 11:00am. There are no children present today. The provider record was reviewed and found complete. Overall, good recordation system in place. The home was found clean and supplied with ample toys and programming equipment appropriate to begin accepting enrollment. Adequate space determined for the requested capacity of 4 children. Provider is not currently MAT trained so currently no medications can administered. Emergency procedures, provider contract, First Aid/CPR certification was discussed. Two cribs found on site and meet the CPSC requirements.
