On 11/28/2023 an unannounced investigation was conducted regarding a self-reported incident regarding care and protection of children. This visit was conducted between 1:00pm-2:30pm. Interviews were conducted, records were reviewed and observations were made. After carefully interviewing all involved parties, no violations were cited during this visit.
