A subsidy health and safety inspection was conducted on 06/13/2023 and concluded with an electronic record review on 06/15/2023. There were 44 children, ages 2 months-8 years, and 12 staff members present during the inspection. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, staff qualifications and trainings, staffing and supervision, physical plant, programs, emergencies and nutrition. The children were observed during free choice activities, having lunch, and during rest time; infants were observed in play and sleeping and eating on demand. A total of 5 children?s records, 5 staff records, 3 applicant/agent records and 5 medications were reviewed. The inspector arrived for the inspection at 9:30 am and departed at 12:40 pm.
A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable subsidy requirements. No violations were issued.
