An unannounced 60-day monitoring inspection was conducted on 4/10/2023 from 10:30 am-11:10 am. There were 7 children (17 pts) directly supervised by 3 staff. The home, 3 staff records, 3 children?s records, 2 household members? records, evacuation drills, and policies were inspected. Children were observed playing freely and participating in tabletop activities. There was an assortment of age-appropriate materials for children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice.
