Technical Assistance:
Provider would like to increase capacity from 7 to 12 children. In process with Zoning Dept, will forward information, once completed.
Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted 7/10/2024 from 10:10am-11:20am. There were 5 children in care and caregivers 3 children, totaling 16 points, directly supervised by 2 caregivers. The home, 3 caregiver records, 3 children?s records, 1 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There were no medications on site today. Children were observed eating snack, washing hands, napping and playing freely. There was an assortment of age appropriate materials for children. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. REPEAT Based on record review, the provider did not maintain a child's record that contained all required information. Evidence: Child #3's record did not contain name, address and telephone number of a second designated persons to contact in case of an emergency if the parent cannot be reached.
