Standard #: 8VAC20-780-330-A
Description: Based on observation, the playground area was not designed to protect children from hazards. Evidence: On the outdoor play area, the majority of the space is paved/concrete. There are a number of lights that are installed on posts located at the bottom of the posts that create a snag, entanglement, cutting and tripping hazard. At the bottom of the posts, there are concrete supports that create tripping hazards. There are black wire landscaping fencing throughout the area that create a tripping and entanglement hazard. There is a large holly tree on the side of the play area that would be accessible to children in care.

Plan of Correction: Not available online. Contact Inspector for more information.
