A code compliance inspection was initiated and concluded on March 20, 2023. There were three children present, ranging in ages from three to five years old, with three staff supervising. The inspector reviewed all areas of the code to determine compliance . A total of three children?s records and four staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable code sections and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on observation and interview the vendor failed to ensure that the fact that it is exempt from licensure is posted in a visible location on the premises. Evidence: The fact that the facility is exempted from licensure was not posted in the center as required.
