An investigation was conducted today in response to a reported incident received by our office regarding administration. Based upon multiple interviews, the preponderance of evidence does not support a violation.

An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted today from 11:10 am-1:50 pm. There were 4 children directly supervised by 3 staff. The physical plant, staff records, children?s records, medication policies, evacuation drills, injury reporting, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed participating in group play and eating lunch. Self care and hand-washing procedures were also observed. There was an ample supply of materials for the children. There was an adequate number of staff with current certification in MAT, CPR and First Aid, as well as DHO training. Staff-to-child ratios were in compliance. No violations were cited at the time of the inspection.
