8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A subsidy inspection was initiated and concluded on September 22, 2023. All subsidy health and safety requirements were reviewed. There was one 22month old child in care with the provider.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice and discussed with the center representative during the exit interview.
Based on interview the vendor failed to have a written emergency plan. The vendor confirmed that there was not a written emergency preparedness plan available for review during the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
The plan will be written and forwarded to the inspector as soon as possible
