8VAC20-790 Subsidy Program Vendor Requirements for Family Day Homes
Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was completed by two inspectors on 5/6/2024 from 10:30amuntil 11:45. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations are identified on the violation notice
Based on record review, a provider did not have the correct CPR certification. Evidence: Provider #1 had first aid and cpr certification (exp3/2025) but it did not state it was for infant and children.
Plan of Correction:
The provider will get the correct first aid and cpr certification.
