Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 6/21/23 at 11am. There were no children currently enrolled or in care at the time of the inspection. The home, 1 caregiver's records, 1 household member's records, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. There was an abundant supply of books, toys, and materials for the children. The home was clean and organized. Areas of non-compliance are identified in this report. Based on review and the provider's interview, the provider and a household member did not have documentation of submitting to fingerprinting and verification of a criminal history records check. Evidence: reviewed the provider's records and found that there was no documentation of a criminal history records check for her or household member 1, using the system approved by the VDOE Office of Child Care Health and Safety.
