Comments:
A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted today. There were 2 hildren present with the Provider supervising. An Initial licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Based on review of the record of attendance, the daily attendance was incomplete. Evidence: The written hard copy of the record of daily attendance did not include the arrival and departure of each child in care as it occurred.
Plan of Correction:
I will use the model form for attendance.
