A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. Violations are identified on the violation notice. Violations: Standard #: 8VAC20-790-600-D-1 Description: Based on record review, all staff did not meet this requirement. Evidence: 1. Staff #1 was hired 9/18/2023 and had not completed first aid and cpr certification. Plan of Correction: Staff is scheduled to get the required certifications.
