The licensing inspector conducted an unannounced complaint inspection in response to a complaint that was received by the department on October 31, 2023, regarding allegations of inadequate staff-to child-ratios and operational responsibilities. The inspection was initiated and completed on November 2, 2023. The inspector was on site from 9:45am to 1:30pm. Interviews with staff were completed, and documentation was reviewed. One child's record were reviewed.
The preponderance of the evidence gathered during the investigation does not support the allegations; therefore, the complaint is determined to be not valid.
