*Discussed requirement for children to be enrolled when in the care of camp staff.
Comments:
Today an unannounced Monitoring Inspection took place between the hours of 12:20pm-1:30pm. There was one room observed with a total of 43 children with 6 staff and additional volunteers within the supervision guidelines. The children were observed eating lunch, playing capture the flag and other organized activities. A complete inspection of the physical plant, children and staff records, evacuation drill log, medication and emergency procedures were observed during this inspection. Violations were found during today?s inspection and can be viewed on the Violation Notice. Thank you for your cooperation during the inspection. Based on a review of staff records, the required information was not kept for each staff person.
Evidence: 1. Staff #2 (doh: 7/17/2023) did not have an application on file at the time of the inspection.
Plan of Correction:
We will have the staff member fill the application out completely.
