Comments:
Thank you for your assistance during this unannounced monitoring inspection. This on-site visit was conducted on July 19, from 10:30 a.m. through 11:30 p.m. Upon arrival, there were 24 children, ages 4 months through 10, in the care of 4 staff member. Six children and six staff records were reviewed. The medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for one child.
Areas of non-compliance may be found on the violation notice.
Please complete your plan of correction within 5 business days and return to the licensing inspector.

Based on revied of medication the center failed to have one prescription medication in the original labeled container.
Evidence:
1. Medication and medication paperwork was reviewed for Child #6. 2. Albuterol Inhaler for Child #6 was found not in the original container with the pharmacy label attached to include the name of the child, dosage amount and time(s) to be given. 3. The director confirmed the Albuterol inhaler for Child #6 was not in the original container with the pharmacy label attached.
Plan of Correction:
Medication will be returned to the parent. Medication will not be accepted without being in the original container with the prescription label attached.
