An unannounced complaint inspection was conducted on May 8, 2024 in response to a complaint that was received by the licensing office on April 17, 2024. This onsite visit was from 10:50 a.m. through 11:30 a.m. Interviews were conducted with staff relating to subsidy standard 790- 600-C.
The information gathered during the investigation supports the allegations, so the complaint is determined to be valid.

Based on record review the facility did not have written documentation of one staff member receiving orientation training on the emergency preparedness plan within seven days of employment.
Evidence:
1. Staff #1 did not have written documentation of receiving training on the facilities emergencies preparedness plan within seven days of employment. 2. Staff #1 confirmed she had not received emergency preparedness training within seven days of employment.
