Comments:
An initial inspection was conducted with the provider beginning at 12:40 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. There were no children in care during the inspection. Documentation was reviewed including background checks, staff trainings. Childcare areas and supplies and materials were observed. A walkthrough of the home was conducted. Emergency supplies were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the first aid kit did not contain all required items. Evidence: There were no triangular bandages in the first aid kit.
