An announced initial inspection was conducted on May 22, 2023 from 2:00 P.M.-3:15 P.M. The facility was toured and spaced to be used for the program was measured for capacity. Some items reviewed/observed during the inspection included: emergency evacuation procedures,
emergency plan, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, and four agent background checks.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license with a capacity of 150 serving children ages 6 years--12 years of age.
