Comments:
An unannounced renewal inspection was conducted on 11/13/2023 from 12:00 pm-12:50 pm. There were 4 children (12 points) supervised by 2 direct caregivers.
The home, 3 caregiver's records, 1 child's record, 2 household member?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed engaging freely and eating lunch.
Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Based on record review, the provider did not provide all the required written information to parents prior to the child's first day of attendance.
