An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/29/2024 from 11:50 am-12:50 pm. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website. Based on record review and interview, the provider did not review the emergency plan at least annually and update the plan as needed. The provider shall document in writing each review and update to the emergency plan.
