Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 5/29/2024 from 11:50 am-12:50 pm. There were 8 children supervised by 3 direct caregivers. The home, 2 caregiver's records, 3 children?s records, evacuation drills, emergency supplies, and policies were inspected. Children were observed napping. Areas of non-compliance are identified in the Violation Notice. Please submit your plan of correction within 5 business days for it to be included on the website.
