An unannounced, focused, 60-day monitoring inspection was conducted on from 11:00 - 11:45am with the provider to determine compliance in areas that could not be observed/reviewed during the initial inspection. There were no children present during the inspection as no children are currently enrolled, however one child attended during the previous month. One child record was reviewed along with the written attendance, emergency drill log, and menu. The provider does not have certification in Medication Administration Training (MAT) so cannot administer medications to children in care.
