An annual monitoring inspection was initiated on 5-13-24 and concluded on 5-13-24. There were 11 children present with 2 staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas noted above. A total of 5 child records and 2 staff records were reviewed. The inspection started at 9:15am and concluded at 10:15am.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
