Comments:
An announced initial inspection was conducted on 06/12/2023. Inspector arrived at 3:00pm and concluded the inspection at 4:40pm. There were no children present during the inspection.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on observation, the center failed to ensure the required first aid kits shall include the minimum.
Evidence: The first aid kit for the center was missing tweezers, thermometer, and First Aid book/manual.

Description:
Based on observation and interview, the center failed to provide emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place procedure, or maps shall be posted in a location conspicuous to staff and children in the building.
Evidence:
During the inspection, the provider did not have emergency evacuation, shelter in place procedures or maps posted in the center.

Maps will be added to each classroom before opening for children and staff.

Description:
Based on observation, the center failed to provide a 911 or local dial number for police, fire and emergency medical services and the number of the regional poison control center shall be posted in a visible place at each telephone.
Evidence: During the inspection, provider did not have emergency services numbers posted anywhere in the center.

Number will be posted before opening for children or staff.
