A initial inspection was conducted on June 29, 2023 from 2:15 pm- 3:40pm . The provider has a large downstairs area that is used for childcare and there is a bathroom downstairs. Outside their is a fenced in area, side yard and provider will take walks with the children in neighborhood. The provider is requesting for license for 12 children ages ranging from 18months-6 years old.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
