Reviewed standards for emergency drills, postings, attendance documentation and labeling of food date and name.
Comments:
An unannounced mandated monitoring inspection was conducted on September 7, 2023 from approximately 11:10 AM to 11:55 PM. Records were reviewed remotley for children. One caregiver was present with 6 children (13 points). Children were observed eating lunch, freely playing, hand washing and leaving to go home. . Four children records and one caregiver records were reviewed on this date. Licensing Inspector reviewed supervision, activities, equipment, nutrition, children and caregiver records, emergency evacuation and shelter-in-place drill documentation, emergency supplies and required postings.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance(s) with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.
Based on record review, the licensee did not ensure all records contained all required documents.
Evidence: Child #1 and Child #4 did not have Provision of the Home's Emergency Prepardness Response Plan signed by parent. Child #1, Child #2 and Child #3 and Child #4 did not have policy for the administration of Medication signed by parent.
