Comments:
An unannounced monitoring inspection was conducted on 07/21/23 from 12:35 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. There were 27 children present, five staff supervising. The inspector reviewed compliance in the areas of administration, physical plant, staffing and supervision, programming, medication, special care and emergencies and nutrition. A total of five child records and three staff records were reviewed.
Information gathered during the inspection determined non-compliance with applicable standards or law and violations were documented on the violation notice issued to the program.

Based on review of records, the center failed to receive documentation of a negative tuberculosis (TB) screening from each staff member at the time of employment. Evidence: 1. Staff #1?s first day of employment on file was 06/14/2023. 2. The TB screening on file for Staff #1 was dated 06/15/2023.
