A subsidy health and safety (SHSI) inspection was conducted on 2/28/24 from 1:00pm until 3:15pm. There were 10 children present with 5 staff. Two additional children arrived at the center from school during the inspection. A licensing inspection was also conducted on this date. Both inspections combined cover subsidy health and safety regulations. Only subsidy requirements that are not covered in licensing standards were reviewed during this supplemental inspection. The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
