An announced initial inspection was conducted on July 11, 2023 from 10:00 A.M.-11:15 A.M. There were no children in care. The providers home and all areas to be used for childcare were toured and inspected. Items reviewed during the inspection included required posted information, first aid kit, non-medical emergency supplies, emergency preparedness, nutrition, and pet vaccinations. One caregiver record and four household members records were reviewed.
The information gathered during the inspection determined no violations with applicable standards or law. No violations were issued.
A recommendation will be made for a six month conditional license for a capacity of five children serving ages two months-four years of age.
