Comments:
A complaint investigation was begun today in response to an allegation being received in our office on April 1, 2024 regarding ratios.
Based on multiple staff interviews, review of documentation written attendance and digital attendance the preponderance of evidence does not support the allegation. The complaint is not valid. The violation cited was not part of the original complaint; however, was found during the course of the investigation.

Based on staff statement, an activity for one child was not age and stage appropriate. Evidence: 1. On March 29, 2024 a child was not in their classroom for approximately one hour from 1:00 PM- 2:00PM 2. The child was being held by a staff member at the front desk, while the staff member was putting together Easter Baskets. (Child 1)
Plan of Correction:
Discussion took place with all staff over ensuring that age and stage appropriate activities are always available for their students. Moving forward, staff will not include students in activities that take them out of the classroom unless the activities are age and stage appropriate.
